It depends on where you are located.
Usually, it takes 1-3 weeks for most Asian countries;
2-3 weeks for United States, Australia, India, most of European country;
2-5 weeks for Canada, Russia, Italy, France, Spain, Saudi Arabia, Israel, Philippines, Africa country, some other country;
5-8 weeks for some remote country.

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
